The Redskins got away with a win they didn’t deserve in this game.  Neil Rackers of the Cardinals missed a 55-yard field goal as time expired to preserve victory for the Redskins.  Jason Campbell didn’t play too well as he completed 12 of 18 passes for 95 yards with an interception.  Clinton Portis found yards hard to come by against the Cardinals as he carried the ball 18 times for 43 yards (2.4 ypc) with 2 TD runs and he also caught 2 passes for 14 yards.  Antwaan Randle El was the leading receiver in this game with 3 grabs for 54 yards.  The Redskins finished up with 73 yards on 28 carries (2.6 ypc) and they also completed 12 of 18 passes for 87 yards.

The defense made big plays when they had to and that’s why the Redskins won this game.  Linebacker London Fletcher was outstanding as he had 13 tackles and a interception that he returned 27 yards for a TD.  Safety Sean Taylor also had a good game as he had 5 tackles and a interception.   The Cardinals finished with 84 yards rushing on 30 carries (2.8 ypc) and they completed 28 of 42 passes for 280 yards.
