The Redskins have signed WR Reche Caldwell to a 1-year contract.  He will immediately battle Brandon Lloyd for the #3 WR job.  Caldwell had a pretty good season for the Patriots last year as he played in 16 games and he caught 61 passes for 760 yards (12.5 avg) with 4 TD grabs.  For his career, Caldwell has now played in 63 games and he has caught 137 passes for 1,710 yards (12.5 avg) with 11 TD grabs.  This was a nice high reward/low risk move by the Redskins.
