The Redskins have moved quickly in free agency and signed Fletcher to a 5 year, $25 million dollar contract.  Fletcher has made more than 116 tackles per season in 7 straight years!  Last season Fletcher was outstanding as he played in all 16 games and he made 146 tackles, had 2 sacks, 4 interceptions (one returned for a TD), defensed 7 passes and scored a TD on a fumble recovery.  This was an outstanding signing by the ever aggressive Washington Redskins front office.
