This was an ugly football game for the Redskins.  The Giants beat them in every facet of the football game.  Mark Brunell must have used up all of his magic last week as he completed only 12 of 22 passes for 109 yards.  Clinton Portis carried the ball 19 times for 76 yards (4.0 ypc).  TE Chris Cooley caught 4 passes for 41 yards and Santana Moss caught 3 passes for 39 yards.

The Giants pushed the Skins defense all over the field.  It’s amazing that the Giants only scored 19 points.  The Giants ran the ball 36 times for 155 yards (4.3 ypc).  The Skins allowed the Giants to complete 23 of 33 passes for 256 net yards passing.  Safeties Adam Archuleta (10 tackles) and Sean Taylor (8 tackles) were busy all day.
