Now that’s more like it.  The Redskins totally dominated the hapless Texans on Sunday.  Mark Brunell set a new NFL record b completing 23 straight passes in this football game.  For the game, Brunell completed 24 of 27 passes for 261 yards and a TD.  Ledell Betts had a fantastic game, as he carried the ball 16 times for 124 yards (7.8 ypc) and a TD.  Betts also caught 3 passes for 27 yards.  Clinton Portis also had a huge game carrying the ball 16 times for 86 yards with 2 TDs.  Portis also caught 2 passes for 78 yards.  Santana Moss chipped in 6 catches for 50 yards.  Antwaan Randle El finally showed up catching 3 passes for 34 yards and a TD.

Warrick Holdman and Carlos Rogers led the charge on defense with 8 tackles apiece.  The Redskins held the Texans to 61 yards rushing on 18 carries (3.4 ypc).  The Texans completed 19 of 29 passes for 200 net yards passing.

The Redskins did what you’re supposed to do on Sunday when playing a terrible team…..they kicked their butt!
